The process, step by step
- 01
Send your requirement
Model, volume, destination port and any market-specific requirement. If you are not sure which model fits, tell us the use case — private sale, ride-hail, corporate fleet — and we will recommend one.
- 02
Receive the quote sheet
One page: unit price FOB, freight, insurance, CIF total, conversions, documents and transit time. Valid for seven days. No line on it is an estimate we expect to revise.
- 03
Sign the proforma invoice
Trim, colour, charge port, language build, wall box and incoterm all written down. This is the document you hold us to, so read it before you pay.
- 04
Pay the deposit
30% by telegraphic transfer reserves the units. Irrevocable letters of credit are accepted for larger orders. The balance falls due before loading, not on arrival.
- 05
Sourcing and inspection
Cars are allocated and brought to our yard. Each is inspected — bodywork, paint, battery state of health, electronics — and you receive the report plus photographs and the VIN of your exact unit.
- 06
Customization
Charge port conversion, language switch, wall box provisioning and any spare parts pack are carried out and photographed before the car leaves the yard.
- 07
Loading
Container stuffing or RoRo drive-on, photographed with lashing and chocking shown. Export declaration filed and the bill of lading issued.
- 08
Sailing and arrival
You get the bill of lading, the vessel name and the ETA. We track the sailing and tell you about any change. Customs clearance at your end is yours or your broker's.
